NBB Partners with ASK Real Estate to Provide Financing for Beaut Budaiya Property Buyers

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ASK Real Estate, a leading real estate developer based in Bahrain. Under the terms of the agreement the Bank will provide an exclusive offering for buyers who will purchase a property from ‘Beaut Budaiya’ Project and will opt for Mortgage Financing from NBB.

By utilising NBB financing, those wishing to purchase ‘Beaut Budaiya’ properties will benefit from competitive interest rates, swift and seamless approval processes and a tenor period of up to 30 years. Furthermore, all applicants will be entitled to a six-month grace period, providing them with time and space to organise their personal obligations.  

Commenting on the occasion, Subah Abdullatif AlZayani, Chief Executive- Retail Banking at NBB said; “Through this partnership with ASK Real Estate, NBB will provide a favourable financing solution with fast and efficient service for buyers of ‘Beaut Budaiya’ properties. We are delighted to offer a gift of BHD 500 for the first 10 buyers who will opt for any of NBB mortgage solutions. ”

Reflecting on the MoU, Karim Yazji, Chief Executive Officer of ASK Real Estate said; “We are pleased to be offering ‘Beaut Budaiya’ residences in partnership with the National Bank of Bahrain. This mutual arrangement will ensure that prospective buyers are able to seamlessly access financing at competitive rates and become owners of a premium ASK Real Estate property.”
