Land Registration Fees
As part of the Mortgage Finance solutions offered, NBB’s introduces the property registration fees add-on feature, whereby you can pay the property registration fees in installments up to 25 years with zero interest and zero processing fees. This feature is available to provide flexibility to support you in paying the external commitments to the Survey & Land Bureau of Registration (SLRB).
