The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) recently announced the reopening of its revamped branch, located in Hidd. The 160 sqm branch underwent an upgrade and is now equipped with state-of-the art technology in order to enhance the Bank’s services and offerings.

The renovation was undertaken to meet the ever-changing needs of the Bank’s customer base, ensuring that customers are provided with the latest service solutions. The branch features next-generation automated teller machines (ATMs) and Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) as part of the Bank’s ongoing digital strategy and transformation.

Commenting on the occasion, Subah Abdullatif Al Zayani, Chief Executive Retail Banking at NBB, said: “We are pleased to reopen our Hidd Branch, which is now installed with the latest cutting-edge technology that allows us to efficiently serve customers in that area. NBB is dedicated to enhancing our customer experience by offering innovative products and services. The Bank aims to offer customers a seamless experience, as it continues to upgrade existing branches, fulfilling our promise of being closer to you.”

As such, NBB’s Al Hidd branch has been rented from Al-Hidd Sports Club, who is a well-known advocate of public health and well-being, as part of the bank’s contribution to the community.

The bank is currently in the process of upgrading its Istiqlal Highway Flagship store, as it continues to reinforce NBB’s position as the local bank of choice.
