Manama – 8 August 2018: National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) today announced that staff from across all levels in the Bank completed a high-level one-day training workshop “Delivering Success in a Competitive World” over the course of 10 days.
Customer Buyology, a leading performance, training and cultural transformation consultancy working largely with banks across the globe, were brought in to deliver the workshops, which primarily focused on helping employees across the Bank at different levels gain a better understanding of how to effectively navigate change and drive results in the fast-evolving world of retail banking today including how to manage key drivers of change such as the shift to digital, changing customer expectations and increasing competition.
The workshops were led by Mr. John Berry, from Customer Buyology. A former Managing Director at the UK retail bank Abbey National (now part of Banco Santander – 800 branches/ 15+ million customers).
