NBB Self-service Zone, onsite “Meet & Greet” support and special Business & VIP services launched for greater access and convenience

 

Manama: April xx, 2019 – National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) today announced the upgrade of its Seef Mall Branch providing customers an enhanced service offering and extended opening hours for greater convenience and access as part of NBB’s ongoing transformation and promise to get closer to its customers.

The branch, located in Seef Mall’s new extension, introduces a host of new services and personal one-to-one customer care on site for retail, business and VIP customers with extended hours that now see the branch open to serve customers Saturday to Wednesday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

 

Fully rebranded in NBB’s updated livery and brand identity, the branch has been designed to facilitate the Bank’s delivery of an upgraded banking journey for customers. A Self-service Zone is among the central features of the branch and is expected to significantly minimise waiting times. Three state-of-the-art ATMs with advanced withdrawal/deposit functionalities and a Bulk Cash Deposit Machine for Retail customers have also been introduced.

 

A “Meet & Greet” service has been launched with dedicated customer care representatives on hand to help visitors use NBB’s Self-service facilitates, support the customers’ in-branch banking needs and guide them through the Bank’s online channels.

 

For the Bank’s Priority customers, an executive lounge has been launched to provide a distinctive experience and services along with reserved parking slots for even greater convenience and access.
