Shaikh Ebrahim bin Mohamed Al Khalifa Center for Culture & Research has received a donation of BD10,000 from National Bank of Bahrain.

The Bank's cheque was presented by Mr. Abdul Aziz Abdulla Al Ahmed, NBB General Manager – Domestic Banking Group to Shaikha. Noor bint Essa Al Khalifa, Executive Director of Shaikh Ebrahim bin Mohamed Al Khalifa Center for Culture & Research.

In acknowledging National Bank of Bahrain's role as a major donor Shaikha Noor Al Khalifa said that the Center greatly appreciated the Bank's consistent support and goodwill. He said that the Bank's contribution would help the Center to achieve its goals. Shaikha Noor expressed her sincere thanks and appreciation to the Bank's Board of Directors and Mr. Abdul Razak Abdulla Hassan Al Qassim, the Chief Executive Officer & Director.

For his part, Mr. Abdul Aziz Abdulla Al Ahmed, said: "National Bank of Bahrain will not spare any effort in ensuring the success of Shaikh Ebrahim Bin Mohammed Al Khalifa Culture and Research Centre. This contribution is in line with its role as a corporate citizen who is fully committed through community partnership in supporting charitable and worthwhile causes by offering financial assistance as part of its donation and contribution programme.

The cheque presentation ceremony was attended by Mrs. Ezmiralda Kabbani, Programme Cultural Manager of the Center, and Mr. Nasser Mohammed Nasser, Secretary to NBB's Board of Directors.
