National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) has made a donation of BD 2,000 to Sitra Social Society as part of its donations and contributions programme for the year 2009. During a meeting held at his office, Mr. Abdul Aziz Abdulla Al Ahmed, Executive Assistant General Manager - Marketing & Sales at NBB presented the cheque to Mr. Mohamed Ali Radhi, Chairman of Sitra Social Society. 

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Sitra Social Society and other fellow Society members, Mr. Mohamed Ali Radhi expressed deep appreciation to the NBB Board of Directors and Mr. Abdul Razak Abdulla Hassan Al Qassim, NBB CEO & Director, for the continued support extended by the Bank which helps the Society in carrying out its humanitarian duties.

For his part, Mr. Abdul Aziz Al Ahmed said “the Bank is highly gratified and pleased over the continued support it is extending to charitable activities voluntary organizations and charitable societies are carrying out, which support a large number of disadvantaged and needy people in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and I highly appreciate those who are responsible for such societies and organizations for their noble and voluntary work.”

The audience was attended by Mr. Nasser Mohammed Nasser, Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Bank.
